We know that Sixth Form can be exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming. If you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling low, anxious, or just not yourself, please know you are not alone.

The Wellbeing Team is here to support you. Whether you need someone to talk to, help navigating a tough time, or just a quiet space to breathe, we’re ready to listen and help.

CHUMS MK Wellbeing Service
• Community-based support for ages 7–18 (and up to 25 for young adults)
• Offers resilience-building strategies, family support, and psychological toolkits
• Ideal for students needing help with emotional regulation, anxiety, or low mood: Explore CHUMS MK

Drop in:
Young Person’s Sanctuary – Mind BLMK
• Evening drop-in crisis support for ages 11–17
• Safe, non-judgemental space with trained youth mental health workers
• Located at CAMHS Eaglestone Health Centre, open 7 days a week, 4–10pm
• Ages 11–13 must attend with a parent or carer
