This week, as part of our Year 12 Enrichment Programme at Watling Academy, our students took part in an interactive “Confident Choices – University & Careers Workshop.”
The session gave students the opportunity to think more deeply about their future, explore their options and consider the decisions they will be making around university and their career pathways.
What made the session particularly valuable was the opportunity for students to get involved, ask questions and engage in discussion. Creating that space for conversation helps students become more confident in asking questions, exploring different possibilities, and making informed decisions about their next steps.
Our weekly enrichment sessions are about giving students access to different experiences, professionals, and perspectives, while encouraging them to take an active role in thinking about their future.
